Older guides describe gallery crawls on first and third Friday evenings. The schedule we can confirm today comes from Charlotte Studio Artists at 3045 North Davidson Street, which says its gallery opens during NoDa's Culture Crawl on third Thursdays from early evening. Other venues may join on the same night; participation is set by each business.

If you plan a visit around the crawl, check the gallery's own page that week and the neighborhood association's events listing, since schedules can shift for holidays and special exhibitions.

For music, the Neighborhood Theatre and The Evening Muse each keep their own calendars. For breweries, Heist Brewery, Divine Barrel Brewing and Free Range Brewing publish events on their sites. For art, Charlotte Studio Artists lists exhibitions and meetups, and Queen City Art, north of the district on Raleigh Street, lists exhibits and classes.

Visit Charlotte maintains a citywide events listing, and the NoDa Neighborhood & Business Association publishes neighborhood events. We link to these sources rather than copying their dates, so the listing you read is always the organizer's current one.

The LYNX Blue Line's 36th Street station is on East 36th Street at the center of the district, and many visitors use it to avoid looking for parking on busy nights. Check CATS for current Blue Line service hours before relying on rail for a late return trip.

Driving visitors should read the posted signs for each street and lot; the parking guide explains how to check the city's rules. Rideshare pick-up on a crowded strip is easier from a side street than from North Davidson itself.
