Where NoDa's breweries actually are
Taprooms fall into two groups. Inside the arts district, they sit on the North Davidson strip or a short way down East 36th Street toward the light rail station. Outside it, they occupy former industrial space on lower North Davidson and on West 32nd Street, where buildings are larger and patios more common.
That distinction matters when you plan a route. A taproom described as being in NoDa may be a mile or more from the 36th Street crossroads, so check the address on each brewery's site and on a current street map before assuming you can move between them on foot.

Heist Brewery
Brewery and kitchen at 2909 North Davidson Street in NoDa; publishes a weekly events schedule on its site.
Divine Barrel Brewing
Taproom at 3701 North Davidson Street on the district's northern end, with recurring events listed on its site.
The Chamber by Wooden Robot
Wood-aging facility and taproom at 416 East 36th Street near the 36th Street station; its site lists a patio and rooftop biergarten.
Free Range Brewing
Original brewery at 2320 North Davidson Street, south of the arts district core, with live music and event space listed on its site.
Birdsong Brewing
Taproom at 1016 North Davidson Street, well south of NoDa near Optimist Park, hosting food trucks and events.
NoDa Brewing Company
The district's namesake brewery, at 150 West 32nd Street (ZIP 28206) with a taproom and beer garden — outside the arts district.
