Discover NoDa is published by Nicholas and Miriam Peters, and the seven businesses below are theirs — so treat this page as a directory of the publisher's companies, not an independent recommendation. Each takes enquiries directly on its own site. Peters & Associates runs two separate websites: yourleaderinluxury.com for its luxury practice and petersteamrealty.com, the Peters Team site, for a Charlotte-wide home search.
Choose by what you are actually trying to do. Not every service fits every NoDa property — a custom build rarely makes sense for a loft, and condo buildings set their own rules on renovation and wiring.
For corrections, accessibility barriers or questions about this guide itself, write to npeters@yourleaderinluxury.com. Questions about a specific building, school assignment or transit route are best answered by the official sources each guide names — the Mecklenburg County parcel records, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools and the Charlotte Area Transit System — because those records change faster than any editorial page.
Luxury real estate
yourleaderinluxury.com
The Peters brokerage's luxury practice, led by Nicholas and Miriam Peters, representing buyers and sellers privately.
Fits: Buying or selling a higher-end NoDa home — a renovated bungalow, a new infill house, a top-floor loft.

Real estate representation
petersteamrealty.com
The same brokerage's Charlotte-wide site, with a home search and home-valuation requests. A separate website from yourleaderinluxury.com, not a redirect.
Fits: Condos, townhomes and first purchases, or weighing NoDa against other Charlotte neighborhoods.
Continue to the Peters Team's Charlotte home search (opens in a new tab).
Luxury custom home builder
peterscustomhomes.com
A founder-led Charlotte builder of a small number of custom estate homes a year.
Fits: A substantial new house or major rebuild on a lot that can support one. Most NoDa lofts and condos are not that project.

Luxury spec home builder
peterssignaturehomes.com
The Peters spec-home company, building finished homes for sale rather than to a client's drawings.
Fits: Buyers who want a newly built house without running a build. No current NoDa inventory is implied.

Interior design
emeraldoakdesign.com
Miriam Peters' interior design studio, working on custom homes, renovations and new construction.
Fits: Planning a renovation or furnishing a loft or bungalow where layout and materials both matter.
Continue to Emerald & Oak Design's interiors work (opens in a new tab).
Home audio, video & technology
petersaudiovideo.com
Home theatres, whole-home audio, lighting control, networking and security.
Fits: Wiring a renovation or new build. In a condo, check building rules on penetrations and wiring first.

Luxury travel guides
peterssignature.com
Luxury travel guides, hotel reviews and destination insights.
Fits: Not a NoDa service — listed so it stays one click away.
